The hotel was fairly clean, the staff was super-friendly. Its location near Liberty Square was particularly good. Besides, it was really close to bus stop for Knossos, the center of an amazing selection of shops and restaurants and all major sights, restaurants and bars.

Its location was magnificent, just 5 minutes walk from Lion Square. I got enjoyable and delightful breakfast with the "espresso " which is charged, `` non-Greek '' foods, cheese platter. The staff seemed attentive and particularly helpful. I stayed here for a trip and would love to come back.

I loved the central location, SWEEPING view, recently refurbished rooms. Lots of satisfactory breakfast items to choose from. Staff was willing to help and the whole experience was absolutely amazing. Early check in & the service was superb.
We appreciated this place. The executive room is decent size, with a heating system, a laptop-compatible safe and a mini bar fridge. A bakery and a supermarket are not far from the hotel. The restaurant had cold food.
